According to the instructions of the Taipei Exchange:
(1)Some contents on pages 18 to 21 and 38 of the company's 2023 annual
report in Chinese version were corrected.
(2)Some contents on pages 19 to 21 and 51 of the company's 2023 annual
report in English version were corrected.

Publish major information and upload the Company's revised 2023 Annual
Reports onto the MOPS.
