Emergency Cooling Station at Athens Community Center

Due to anticipated high temperatures, the Athens Community Center is being designated as an emergency cooling station beginning August 26 through August 30 during regular hours. People needing to get out of the heat may use the lobby areas while the center is open.

Cooling station hours of operation are:

Monday-Friday: 6:00 am - 8:00 pm
