'Flowers Bloom in Beijing: 2024 Beijing Lotus Blossom Season' Begins with 12 Exhibition Areas

On the morning of July 3, the "Flowers Bloom in Beijing: 2024 Beijing Lotus Blossom Season" began with 12 exhibition areas, showcasing over 400 species of aquatic plants, including traditional lotuses, and newly cultivated varieties.

The 12 exhibition areas are the Summer Palace, National Botanical Garden (South Garden), Beihai Park, Yuyuantan Park, Zizhuyuan Park, Yuanmingyuan Ruins Park, Lotus Market, Longtan West Lake Park, Lianhuachi Park, Chaoyang Park, Honglingjin Park, and Olympic Forest Park.

Various lotus flowers will continue to bloom until the end of August. A series of cultural activities will be held during this lotus blossom season.
