Bank Announces Small Business Recovery Grants to Local Non-Profit Organizations

Donald E. Gibson, President & CEO of the Bank of Greene County, announced grants to local non-profit organizations as part of the Federal Home Loan Bank (FHLB) of New York's Small Business Recovery Grant Program.

Don Gibson stated "The Bank of Greene County is always proud to support community organizations in our area. We want to thank the Federal Home Loan Bank of New York for their Small Business Recovery Grant Program and dedication to the community. This program is specifically designed for businesses and non-profit organizations that have faced economic challenges, and it is my pleasure to announce that thirteen local non-profit organizations throughout the communities we serve will be receiving grants."

Non-profit organizations receiving grants as part of the FHLB Small Business Recovery Grant Program are Albany Schenectady Greene County Agricultural & Historical Societies Inc, Columbia County Agricultural Society, Columbia-Greene Habitat for Humanity, Columbia-Greene Humane Society, Community Action of Greene County, East Greenbush Fire Company Inc, Fortnightly Club of Catskill, Hudson Opera House Inc, Mac-Haydn Theatre, Matthew 25, Peoples Place, Ulster County Community Action Committee, and YMCA of Kingston and Ulster County.
