Barnes & Thornburg Honored in Michigan Lawyers Weekly’s Inaugural Spotlight on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion

Barnes & Thornburg was recently recognized by Michigan Lawyers Weekly in the inaugural Diversity, Equity and Inclusion spotlight section, published on Sept. 23. Included were 10 law firms that have shown a strong commitment to advancing DEI efforts in the legal community.

The article highlighted a number of Barnes & Thornburg DEI initiatives including the BT Prelaw scholars program which works to cultivate a pipeline of diverse talent, the Black Women Lead Collective, a program promoting paths to equity partnership, 10 talent resource groups representing different demographics helping cultivate a diverse, aware, and authentically diverse work environment, the firm's Racial and Social Justice Foundation and more.
