YCQH Agricultural Technology Co. Ltd (the "Company") is filing this Notification of Late Filing on Form 12b-25 with respect to its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the quarter ended September 30, 2024 (the "Form 10-Q"). The Company has determined that it is unable to file its Form 10-Q within the prescribed time period without unreasonable effort or expense. The Company anticipates that the Form 10-Q will be completed on or before the expiration of the five-day extension period provided in Rule 12b-25(b).

	On August 15, 2024, the Company filed a Notification of Late Filing on Form 12b-25 with respect to its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the quarter ended June 30, 2024, as it was unable to file its Quarter Report on Form 10-Q for its period ended June 30, 2024 (the "Prior Form 10-Q") by the prescribed date. Subsequently, the Company was unable to file the Prior Form 10-Q on or before the expiration of the extension period provided in Rule 12b-25(b), and completed and filed the Prior Form 10-Q on August 23, 2024.
