Ridge at Pinebrook Plans Gain Approval

A development that brings additional pedestrian connectivity to the area around North Boundary Park received approval at the June 27 Board of Supervisors meeting.

The Ridge at Pinebrook is proposed as a one-phase, 32-single-family home development on 28 acres along Pinebrook Drive focused on pedestrian connectivity. It features a trail network to neighboring communities and contributes to extend sidewalks along Pinebrook Drive to North Boundary Park in the future.

The property was originally created as part of the Pinebrook Manor development.

A public hearing on the matter was held during the May 30 Board of Supervisors meeting.
