FARGO, N.D. - It's not quite time to get out the shovels, snowblowers or snow pants, but there is a blizzard warning approaching.

Thursday, July 25, is Miracle Treat Day, where local Dairy Queen locations give you a chance to satisfy that sugar rush and help children in need at the same time. Area Dairy Queen and DQ Grill and Chill locations are bringing health and hope to kids for Miracle Treat Day® at Sanford Children's through Children's Miracle Network Hospitals. Participating locations are coming together to benefit kids' health by donating $1 or more of the proceeds from the day's Blizzard® sales to Children's Miracle Network benefiting Sanford Children's in Fargo.

Children's Miracle Network Hospitals know when treatments and facilities improve, they can address the most challenging health issues of today while preventing and preparing for those to come tomorrow. By enjoying a BLIZZARD Treat, you are funding pioneering research and transformative care for children not just in their youth, but throughout their lives.

Since 1984, Dairy Queen has raised more than $72 million for Children's Miracle Network Hospitals through fundraising efforts including Miracle Treat Day, the Miracle Balloon campaign and other local initiatives.
