The Beauregard Design Advisory Committee (BDAC) will hold a meeting on Monday, December 9, from 7-8:30 p.m. at the Del Pepper Community Center, 4850 Mark Center Drive. The agenda includes continued review of a proposed multi-unit project at 1900 N Beauregard Street, approval of previous meeting notes, and staff updates. The purpose of the Beauregard Design Advisory Committee is to review applications for preliminary development plan special use permit approval within the Beauregard Small Area Plan for compliance with respective urban design guidelines or standards and make recommendations on such applications to the Planning Commission and City Council through the Director of Planning and Zoning.
