City of Rosemead Public Safety Center Relocation Announcement

The City of Rosemead Public Safety Center, 8301 Garvey Avenue, will temporarily relocate to a new location while the building undergoes essential renovations to enhance services and improve safety features. Effective December 18, 2024, the Public Safety Center will operate out of the temporary location at 3963 Muscatel Avenue. This move will remain in effect for approximately six months, with the Public Safety Center expected to return to its permanent location once construction is complete.

To ensure that critical public safety functions continue uninterrupted during the move, the below for your convenience:

  • December 16th - Last day at the current location (8301 Garvey Avenue)
  • December 17th - Office will be closed for the move
  • December 18th - Open for business at a new temporary location (3953 Muscatel Avenue)

Emergency Services: All emergency response services will continue as usual. Please call Temple Sheriff's Station at (626) 287-5221.

Public Safety and Animal Control Services: Community members needing non-emergency assistance, including dog licensing, animal-related responses, and public safety inquiries, should call (626) 569-2292 or feel free to visit the temporary location during regular business hours: Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and Saturday and Sunday, 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

VetCare Clinic: Effective January 2025, the Low-Cost Pet Vaccine will be held at Garvey Park by the Dog Park, 7933 Emerson Place, Rosemead. For clinic dates in 2025, please visit the city website at www.cityofrosemead.org
