A Message from Chancellor Ray Rodrigues on Hurricane Helene

Hurricane Helene has caused great damage across our state and to some of our university communities. I want to thank the personnel who were on campuses throughout the storm to ensure the safety of students. I also want to thank our university leadership who continuously monitored the storm and took quick action to close campuses as Helene's path shifted.

Our main priority is to assist our campuses as they reopen so students can return to classes as quickly and safely as possible. The State University System of Florida will provide available resources to support recovery efforts on campuses.
