Explanatory Note:
This Form 10-D/A is being filed to provide the unaudited net operating income amount for the Coconut Point Mortgage Loan for the period from January 1, 2024 to June 30, 2024, which was unavailable on August 28, 2024 when the Form 10-D was filed. The Form 10-D filed on August 28, 2024 (SEC Accession No. 0001888524-24-012752) should be disregarded, and this Form 10-D/A should be referred to for the unaudited net operating income amount reported under Item 6. No modifications were made to the monthly distribution report.

Item 1. Distribution and Pool Performance Information.
On August 16, 2024 a distribution was made to holders of the certificates issued by CSAIL 2016-C7 Commercial Mortgage Trust.
The distribution report is attached as an Exhibit to this Form 10-D/A, please see Item 10(b), Exhibit 99.1 for the related information.

In accordance with Item 1112(b) of Regulation AB, the most recent unaudited net operating income of the significant obligor was $8,650,095.28 for the period from January 1, 2024 to June 30, 2024.
