Item 9: Other Events
Short‐Term Leasing
Effective September 7, 2024 Landa Holdings Inc., the Manager, has expanded its leasing rental strategy to include short‐term rentals, managed via third‐party platforms, including but not limited to Airbnb. The Manager may receive service fees as part of the short term rental management paid by the guest, such as cleaning fee.
The following updates certain information provided in the Master Series Table found in the offering circular (the "Offering Circular") of Landa App LLC (the "Company"), dated March 28, 2023.
