RATINGS CHANGE: VA-07 is a "toss up"

Inside Elections has officially moved VA-07 to a "Toss Up" race.

When Abigail Spanberger announced she wasn't running for re-election, VA-07 moved from "Likely Democrat" to "Lean Democrat." Today's move to a "Toss Up" further indicates how this open seat is up for grabs for Republicans.

This shift also comes as Derrick Anderson and Eugene Vindman are tied in recent polling, another indicator of just how close this race will be.

Vindman has come under attack this week for inflating his military resume and has even started declining debates with Anderson.
