MILICA RADULOVIĆ

SHEroes inspire, they motivate, and help. A SHEro is Milica Radulović from Nikšić, who brings joy to women battling severe illnesses through her weaving skills.

A mother of four, an entrepreneur, Milica decided to start a small business making caps and turbans, aiming to empower herself and women like her in their fight against cancer.

She is recognised in her local community as a SHEro, a woman who never gives up.

She decided to name her brand symbolically "Proći će" (It will go away) because this phrase marked her journey.

Milica is fighting a very rare and hard-to-detect cancer.

Milica is a great fighter, and everyone knows it. She is an example to others not to give up when times are tough.

Tatjana Ćalasan

SHEroes are educated, they teach, and they are writers. Tatjana Ćalasan is also a SHEro.

She is a Germanist, lecturer, translator, and recently a poet. She loves teaching, translating, and writing poetry, or simply put-connecting people through creation.

Her name is Tatjana Ćalasan. She was born in 1977 in Zenica, and after some regional adventures, she settled in Podgorica.

I met her in 2010 when she was teaching me German. Although I didn't fall in love with the German language, I fell in love with Tatjana. She won me over with her energy, creativity, lucidity, and sight that always sees further, knowing exactly what to look forward to.

Although she was already recognised as one of the best German teachers and translators in Montenegro, it was clear to me that Tatjana had only shown a part of her potential. Her energy promised much more and something different.

A decade after we met, Tatjana became a poet. She has published two books of poetry so far, by doing so she created a community of cheerful, optimistic people full of support and humour. Everything that Tatjana is, she has transferred to others through her poems, her Bosnian humour, and incomprehensible German jokes.

That's why I believe Tatjana is a SHEro, and word weaving is her skill.

Mirela Borović

SHEroes are colourful, brave, and unique. A SHEro is Mirela Borović, a dental nurse who created her brand of brooches she named Džidža.

As she said herself, Džidža and Mirela share the same colours. They are both colourful, creative, and unique.

Her inspiring personality is confirmed with this nomination, since she was nominated by a woman who doesn't know her personally but considers her a true SHEro.
