During a working trip to the Dnipropetrovsk region, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy met with veterans of the Russian-Ukrainian war and reviewed the implementation of veteran policies in the region.

The President was briefed on the regional military administration's project, Titans.UA, which was created to support defenders on their path to recovery after injuries and to help them reintegrate into civilian life.

The ambassadors of this initiative are warriors who have recovered from severe injuries. Their representatives will accompany veterans in every community in the region.

"Your main achievement is that all the guys are together, and there's a strong bond. It's great that you organized this. It's gratifying to see veterans returning and being able to help their brothers-in-arms," President Zelenskyy emphasized.

The President and RMA Head Serhiy Lysak discussed with the veterans the most pressing issues, including prosthetics, rehabilitation, and employment.

Volodymyr Zelenskyy stressed that veterans should be prioritized for employment in defense enterprises and instructed the relevant deputies of the President's Office to work on this with the Ministry of Strategic Industries and the Ministry of Defense.

He also supported the idea that veterans should be actively involved in developing and making important state decisions.

In addition to the Titans.UA project, the Dnipropetrovsk region was the first in the country to implement the "I Am a Veteran" service. In all administrative service centers, over 500 services are provided for veterans, their families, and the families of fallen defenders.

The region also created a veteran's guide called "Pixel," which contains all the necessary information on rehabilitation, prosthetics, education, employment, business, sports, and recreation.
