Wickford Barracks

At 1:00 a.m., Troopers arrested James Pavao, age 49, of 5 Sand Street, Coventry, Rhode Island, for Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and/or Drugs - First Offense B.A.C. .15 or Greater (Phase I - % .180 BAC, Phase II - % .174 BAC). This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 South, in the City of Warwick. Pavao was transported to the State Police - Wickford Barracks where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and released into the custody of a responsible adult.
