City of Denton Announces Adjustments to Library Services

DENTON, TX, July 29, 2024 - The City of Denton is announcing several updates and enhancements to our library services, designed to better serve our community and meet the evolving needs of library patrons. "Our goal is to provide a welcoming and inclusive space where everyone in our community can access the resources they need to learn, explore new ideas, and connect with others," says Director of Denton Libraries Jennifer Bekker. "A library is more than a place to borrow books; it's a vital hub for community engagement and lifelong learning. These service hour adjustments are a reflection of our flexibility to better serve families, students, and others by making the library more accessible and a supportive resource for all."
