Port of Caddo-Bossier cuts ribbon on new multimodal warehouse

SHREVEPORT, La. (KSLA) - A new heavy-load, multimodal warehouse has opened at the Port of Caddo-Bossier.

On Wednesday (Dec. 11), officials gathered to cut the ribbon at the 40,000-square-foot warehouse, which is situated behind a 100,000-square-foot warehouse that opened in 2022.

The new warehouse is being leased by Odyssey Logistics LLC, bringing the company's total amount of space at the port to 460,000 square feet.

The project was funded with the help of the Red River Waterway Commission and the Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development.
