Lightfest Run/Walk

The Lightfest Run/Walk event will take place on Wednesday, November 20, 2024 at 7:00 PM at Merriman Hollow Park in Westland.

A Lightfest hat, medal and post-event snacks are guaranteed to the first 1,000 people to register.

The start line is a Merriman Hollow Park in Westland (7651 N. Merriman Road) and the finish line is at Warrendale Park in Dearborn Heights (23302 W. Warren Avenue). Hines Drive will be closed to vehicle traffic during the event.

Please park at the start area and shuttle busses will transport you back to Merriman Hollow Park from the finish line.

Online registration is open until Noon on November 15 by clicking HERE.

No dogs are allowed at the Lightfest Run/Walk due to the bus transportation and large amount of participants.

There is a 2.5 hour time limit for participants for the Lightfest Run/Walk.

Registration Fees:

Adults: $35 until November 1, 2024
$40 from November 2- Noon on November 15, 2024
$45 at packet pick up (November 18) and event day (November 20)

Kids (18 and younger): $25 until November 1, 2024
$30 from November 2 - Noon on November 15, 2024
$35 at packet pick up (November 18) and event day (November 20)

Packet pick up will take place on Monday, November 18 at Merriman Hollow Park from 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM and on event day from 5:30 PM - 7:00 PM. The address for packet pick up is 7651 N. Merriman Road in Westland.
