Community Survey on Short-Term Rentals

The City is considering a Short Term Rental Ordinance that would regulate short term rentals of homes in Claremont. Short term rentals are rentals of less than 30-days and typically rent through a booking website like AIrbnb and Vrbo. Currently, the City does not allow home rentals under 30 days in duration. To gauge residents concerns on allowing short term rentals, the City is inviting residents to take a survey.
