BOWA Legal chose Technopolis Ruoholahti for its prime location

While BOWA Legal's new office space was still under renovation, the firm temporarily relocated to another office within Technopolis Ruoholahti. The renovation was completed ahead of schedule, allowing BOWA to move into its new office space in June. The new, colorful, and cozy office, approximately 160 square meters in size, is located on the eighth floor of the Ruoholahti 3 building and offers an excellent view of Helsinki.

For BOWA, location was the primary criterion for changing premises. The decision to move from Kaartinkaupunki in Helsinki city center to Salmisaari was influenced by the easy accessibility of the Ruoholahti campus and its proximity to the Helsinki Courthouse. BOWA was previously a Technopolis customer when the company still offered coworking spaces in Keilaniemi. Moving to the Ruoholahti campus means BOWA is once again benefiting from excellent connectivity and services.

"It feels like coming back home. Our previous office space was lovely, but the location wasn't the most convenient. We strive to be an approachable and solution-oriented law firm, so easy accessibility is important to us. The Ruoholahti campus allows our employees to easily travel to the courthouse and move between locations to meet our clients. Thanks to the large parking lot, visiting us is also easy for our clients," says Paula Bock, Managing Partner at BOWA Legal.

For BOWA, it was important that the new office space not only offers easy accessibility but also allows for future growth. Additionally, the neon sign visible from the Western Highway supports BOWA's brand awareness.

"We wanted more adaptable spaces that would serve us in the long term. Our office needs to accommodate future growth. The neon signs that enhance our brand are a great additional service provided by Technopolis," says Partner Matias Isotalo at BOWA.

BOWA Legal feels that Technopolis' range of services makes everyday life easier.

Crime Legal, a subsidiary of BOWA Legal, also operates on Technopolis premises. The subsidiary's office is located on the Aviapolis campus in Vantaa.
