Security National Bank Announces New Officers

Jeremy Craighead, President of Security National Bank, is pleased to announce the following officer promotions:

Kasey Sandman has been promoted to the position of Retirement Plan Services Officer within Security National Bank's Wealth Management division. In her role, she will continue to advise business owners, employers, plan sponsors and individuals on retirement plans offered through Security National Wealth Management. Sandman has served at SNB for nine years, beginning in Human Resources, transitioning to Trust Operations, and then most recently as a Wealth Management Advisor in the Retirement Plan Services division. She earned a bachelor's degree from the University of South Dakota and also holds the Qualified 401(k) Administrator ("QKA") designation. Sandman is active in the community by volunteering to help coach youth volleyball and soccer throughout the year.

Jessica Ross has been promoted to officer while maintaining her title of Director of Wealth Management Business Development. In this role, she is responsible for developing relationships and meeting the unique needs of clients who are seeking retirement and financial planning solutions. Ross has 16 years of banking experience, including 11 years in Wealth Management. She has been a part of Security National Bank's Wealth Management division for the past three years. Ross holds a bachelor's degree in economics from Wichita State University as well as a master's degree in business administration from Baker University. She also holds the Qualified 401(k) Administrator ("QKA") designation. In the community, Ross is a board member for the Mary Elizabeth Child Care Center and is a Mater Dei School PTO member.

Cyndi Montes has been named Bank Operations Officer for Security National Bank. In her new role, she will manage the commercial, agriculture and retail loan operation functions at Security National Bank's main branch. In addition, she will continue to have oversight of system administration within the deposit operations area. Montes joined SNB with 17 years of banking experience. She began her career with SNB in 2020 as a Card Services Specialist. She was promoted to Senior Bank Operations Specialist and then to Deposit Operations Manager. In 2023, she took on the role of Director of Deposit Operations. Montes serves as the Treasurer on the Dakota City, NE Volunteer Fire Department Auxiliary and is involved in volunteer work within the Dakota City community, supporting the volunteer firefighters and EMTs.
