This program, provided in partnership with Employee & Family Resources (EFR), offers support and assistance to members facing personal issues including:

- Financial worries and more
Available round the clock, seven days a week, and 365 days a year, MAP representatives can be reached at 800-327-4692. The confidential service is aimed at helping members address and overcome these personal challenges, enabling them to excel in their personal and professional lives.
