Village of Red Hook - Village of Red Hook WWTP and STEP Sewer System Upgrade – Phase II

Negative Declaration

Dutchess County - The Village of Red Hook, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Village of Red Hook WWTP and STEP Sewer System Upgrade - Phase II will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the improvement of the water quality in the Village, protect the Village's drinking water source, and protect public health, the Village of Red Hook plans to expand its sewer collection system to multiple unsewered areas in the Village and expand the existing wastewater treatment plant's capacity from 75,000 gpd to 300,000 gpd. The project is located at Morgans Way and various Village of Red Hook streets, New York.
