AEA Special Board Meeting, 9:00 a.m. Monday, November 18, 2024.

Please note that the Alaska Energy Authority (AEA) will hold a Special Board meeting on Monday, November 18, 2024, at 9:00 am.

The AEA Board will convene at 9:00 a.m. to consider:

1. Battery Energy Storage Systems Agreements between AEA and

• Chugach Electric Association
• Matanuska Electric Association
• Alaska Electric & Energy Cooperative - PENDING
• Golden Valley Electric Association - PENDING

2. Power Project Fund (PPF) Loan - Regulation Changes
