The Division of Air Quality, proposes to approve the following requests:

North Silo Resourcces, LLC (F031148, P0039562):

CHAPTER 6, SECTION 2 OPERATING PERMIT - Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Air Quality PUBLIC NOTICE: In accordance with Chapter 6, Section 2(m) of the Wyoming Air Quality Standards and Regulations, notice is hereby given that the State of Wyoming, Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Air Quality, proposes to approve a request by North Silo Resources, LLC to operate one (1) 581 hp Doosan 21.9L generator engine (ENG001) at the Allen 16-63-E8 Pad located in the SE¼ SE¼ of Section 8, T16N, R63W, approximately twenty-five (25) miles northeast of Cheyenne in Laramie County, Wyoming.

For the duration of the public notice period, the permit application, the agency's analysis, and the public notice are available for public inspection online at https://openair.wyo.gov, utilizing facility ID F031148 and permit number P0039562 or A0017352. This material may also be viewed online, at the above URL, utilizing a public computer at the Laramie County Library, Cheyenne, Wyoming. The public notice period will end on Monday, January 13, 2025. CHAPTER 6, SECTION 2 OPERATING PERMIT - Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Air Quality PUBLIC NOTICE: In accordance with Chapter 6, Section 2(m) of the Wyoming Air Quality Standards and Regulations, notice is hereby given that the State of Wyoming, Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Air Quality, proposes to approve a request by North Silo Resources, LLC to operate one (1) 581 hp Doosan 21.9L generator engine (ENG001) and one (1) 390 hp Doosan 14.6L generator engine (ENG002) at the K Deselms 17-64-24-13 PAD located in the SW¼ SW¼ of Section 24, T17N, R64W, approximately twenty-six (26) miles northeast of Cheyenne in Laramie County, Wyoming.
