KOKOMO, Ind. - Nearly 50 Indiana University Kokomo faculty earned recognition at the campus's annual scholarship and creative works reception.
Scott Jones, executive vice chancellor, commended the faculty for their work, noting that they reported one completed dissertation, two books, 52 peer-reviewed articles, chapters, proceedings or teaching materials, 17 fine arts exhibitions, competitions, and commissions, two musical performances and productions, two grants totaling $420,000, and 49 conference presentations.
"I'm always impressed with all the fantastic work everyone has done," Jones said. "We have outstanding faculty, and they do so much."
