NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED

ANNEXATION AGREEMENT FOR THE ANNEXATION OF

TERRITORY TO THE CITY OF PONTIAC,

LIVINGSTON COUNTY. ILLINOIS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Pontiac, Livingston County, Illinois will hold and conduct a public hearing at 7:01 o'clock p.m. on the 18th day of November, 2024, in the Council Chambers of City Hall at 115 West Howard Street, Pontiac, Illinois pursuant to the provisions of Section 11-15.1-3 of the Illinois Municipal Code, 65 ILCS 5/11-15.1-3, to consider entering into a proposed Annexation Agreement with ILPO Redwood MHP, LLC, a Colorado Limited Liability Company authorized to do business in the State of Illinois, affecting the following described tracts of real estate, to-wit:

The PIN for the mobile home park is 15-15-351-007, commonly known as 15242 E 1830 N RD. The PINs for the storage facilities are 15-15-15-376-002 and 15-15-15-326-005, known collectively as Redwood Self Storage.

Copies of the proposed Annexation Agreement are available for public examination at Pontiac City Hall, 115 West Howard Street, Pontiac, Illinois, during regular business hours.
