Rep. Adams’ Statement on the Election of Dr. James Martin II as Chancellor of North Carolina A&T

WASHINGTON, DC - Congresswoman Alma S. Adams, Ph.D. issued the following statement today on the election of Dr. James Martin II as Chancellor of North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University, her undergraduate alma mater, by the University of North Carolina Board of Governors:

"As a proud Double Aggie, I'd like to personally congratulate Dr. James Martin II for his election as Chancellor of North Carolina A&T State University. The Aggies will be well-served by a leader so prepared in educational management, especially one so immersed in the STEM fields that are propelling our school forward.
