On November 25, 2024, Ashley Buchanan resigned as a director of Macy's, Inc. (the "Company"). Mr. Buchanan's decision to resign from the Board of Directors was not due to any disagreement with the Company, the Board of Directors or management regarding any matter relating to the Company's operations, policies, practices or otherwise.
