​Montoursville, PA - Motorists in north central Pennsylvania are advised the following roads in the area (listed by county) are closed or have a lane restriction due to flooding, downed trees or utilities. Updates will be sent periodically.

Lycoming

  • Route 44 between Masser Road in Gregg Township, Union County and Mill Road in Washington Township, Lycoming County.
  • Route 44 between Gap Road (Route 2002) and Mill Road in Washington Township.
  • Route 14 between the ramp to Route 15 to Trout Run Mountain Road (Route 1002) in Lewis Township.
  • Blockhouse Road (Route 1009) between Brick Church Road (Route 1010) and Route 15 north in Jackson Township
  • Route 284 between Route 15 south and Route 287 in Pine Township.
  • (NEW) Jacks Hollow Road/Valley Street (Route 3004) between Nippenose Road (Route 654) in Bastress Township and Euclid Avenue (Route 654) in Duboistown.

Union

  • Beaver Run Road (Route 2001) between Buffalo Road (Route 192) and Cannon Road in Buffalo Township.
  • Route 45 between Bear Run Road and Paddy Mountain Road (Route 3001) in Hartley Township
  • Salem Church Road (Route 2005) between Furnace Road (Route 2004) and Pheasant Ridge Road in East Buffalo Township.
  • Buffalo Road (Route 192) between Church Road and Shinbone Road in Buffalo Township.
  • Hoffa Mill Road(Route 1003) between Col. John Kelly Road (Route 1002) in Kelly Township and Route 192 in Buffalo Township.
  • Johnson Mill Road (Route 1001) between Col. John Kelly Road (Route 1002)/Snyder Lane and Route 192 in Buffalo Township.

  • (NEW) Swengel Road (Route 3010) between Old Turnpike Road (Route 45) to Thomas Road in Lewis Townsship.

Snyder

  • Specht Street (Route 3014) between West Street and McClure Road/Mifflin County Line in McClure Borough.
  • Route 35 in the area of Seven Stars Road (Route 3016) in West Perry Township.
  • Route 104 between Mitchell Road and Daddario Hill Road in Franklin Township.
  • (NEW) Route 104 between Buckwheat Valley Road (Route 3004) in Perry Township and Oriental Road (Route 3002) in Chapman Township.

Tioga

  • Williamson Trail (Route 2007) between Blockhouse Road (Route 2005) and Mase Road in Liberty Borough.
  • Route 414 between Water Street (Route 414) and Farm Road (Route 2013) in Liberty Township.

Columbia

  • (OPEN) Ringtown Mountain Road (Route 2010) between Pension Street and Old Reading Road (Route 2003) in Locust Township.

Northumberland

  • (OPEN) Hamilton Underpass (Route 61) in the city of Sunbury.
