Tyler works closely with its clients to offer technology that improves the resident experience, so that community members can easily pay their bills, find and secure important resources, and directly communicate with their state and local government entities. Recently, Tyler partnered with two clients - the Mississippi Department of Health (MSDH) and the Louisiana Governor's Office of Homeland Security and Emergency Preparedness (GOHSEP) - to improve the resident experience.
With Tyler's help, the MSDH launched a new mobile app to give the public easier access to medical services and resources offered by the state. Such resources include real-time alerts for health and weather emergencies; appointment booking for health services; vital records and public records requests; and the ability to find a health department location. MSDH expects several positive outcomes to result from the new app, including increased user engagement, improved access to services, enhanced public health awareness, and a reduction in barriers to care.
In Louisiana, the GOHSEP and Tyler partnered to create the "Get A Game Plan" mobile app to quickly assist residents through natural disasters. This app demonstrates the flexibility of Tyler's Resident Engagement Platform to design tailored resident experiences and support critical initiatives, such as emergency preparedness and recovery efforts. By providing residents with personalized disaster plans and access to critical resources, the app empowers individuals and families to be better prepared for, and respond to, emergencies.
Tyler CFO Brian Miller comments on recent cross-sell and upsell momentum.
Our leading market position and competitive strengths continue to differentiate us in the marketplace and drive exceptional top-line performance. We continue to leverage our large, unmatched installed base and expand our addressable market through strategic cross-sell and upsell activity that unlocks significant expansion opportunities with both new and existing clients.
Our strong national and highly referenceable footprint combined with our Digital Solutions Division's 28 state enterprise contracts enable significant cross-sell momentum across multi-product and multi-suite opportunities in addition to higher payments wins. Our ability to tightly integrate our unified payments platform with our software products creates a robust and highly automated value-added payments opportunity and is a key growth driver. We are also prioritizing upsell activity as we support our clients on-premises cloud migrations while offering clients an opportunity to migrate other on-premises applications to create an integrated set of cloud-based solutions tailored to their evolving digital modernization needs. In turn, this supports our vision of building Connected Communities through a robust digital infrastructure across local, state, and federal agencies.
Currently, our clients average two to three Tyler products, and we believe our strong go-to-market strategy focused on cross-sell and upsell initiatives can significantly increase this over time to eight to 10 products. Recent cross-sell wins include Riverside County, CA, an existing Property and Recording client, for our first Enterprise-wide Payments contract in California; and Cherokee Nation, Oklahoma, an existing multi-product client, that added Enterprise Public Safety and Enterprise Supervision.
For the first time, Tyler chose to participate in the CDP (Carbon Disclosure Project) questionnaire submission process. CDP is a global non-profit organization and is regarded as the gold standard of environmental reporting with the most comprehensive dataset on corporate and city environmental impact. As first-time disclosers, Tyler chose to exercise our option for private scoring. We continue to disclose our annual scopes 1, 2, and 3 emissions inventories along with our governance, social, and environmental activities in our annual Corporate Responsibility Report, which is scheduled to be published in spring of 2025.
This month, Tyler is proud to participate in NYSE's 101st Annual Tree Lighting campaign dedicated to the theme of global giving, featuring our support of BEB. The Children First Software was developed in partnership between Tyler Technologies and BEB with the goal of driving improvements in global child welfare.
