8th Avenue and 22nd Street Intersection to Close September 23-28

GREELEY, Colo. - A private developer must close the 8th Avenue and 22nd Street intersection from September 23-28 to replace a water main related to apartment construction underway at CityLine Station.

With approval from the city's traffic operations team, the developer will close most of the intersection for work throughout the week. Only the westbound turn from 22nd Street to 8th Avenue will remain open.

The developer is working directly with impacted businesses and residences in the area to determine how to access their properties during construction.

Other road users should detour around the intersection at either 6th or 9th Avenue and reconnect at 20th Street (northbound) or 26th Street (southbound).
