OUC General Manager & CEO Elected President of Florida Municipal Electric Association Board of Directors

Bullock Brings Decades of Leadership to Statewide Trade Association

ORLANDO, Fla. - Members of the Florida Municipal Electric Association (FMEA) have elected Clint Bullock, OUC General Manager & CEO, as president of the organization's board of directors for a one-year term.

"I am honored to have been elected to serve as FMEA board president and represent public power communities across the state," said Bullock. "As we continue to collaborate as members to deliver affordable, sustainable, reliable power, we'll work to meet the changing needs of our customers and communities across the state. I look forward to working together with the FMEA leadership team as we advocate on behalf of Florida public power."

An Orlando native, Bullock has dedicated his career to the utility industry, with 35 years of experience at OUC. Since 2018, he has served as General Manager & CEO. Throughout his OUC career, Bullock has positioned the organization as a reliable and innovative solutions provider for the Central Florida community.

Under his leadership, OUC has committed to reaching net zero carbon emissions by 2050. Additionally, the utility has accelerated electric vehicle adoption in Central Florida and diversified its generation portfolio with solar capacity and energy storage. Bullock holds a Master of Business Administration from Rollins College and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Central Florida.
