NATCA proudly served as a silver sponsor at the 52nd General Assembly of the International Federation of Air Traffic Safety Electronics Association (IFATSEA), held in Las Vegas-the first time the event has returned to the U.S. since 2005. Hosted by the Professional Aviation Safety Specialists (PASS), the assembly united delegates from over 40 countries to address the critical safety challenges facing aviation today. Attending on behalf of NATCA were Region X U.S. Delegate Steven Hard, Meeting Planning and Events Representative Mindy Soranno, and P50 Facility Representative Brandon Esquer, all of whom represented NATCA's commitment to collaboration and safety within the aviation community.
The event offered a unique platform for NATCA to connect with safety electronics personnel from around the globe, sharing the union's mission and role within the National Airspace System (NAS). As an exhibitor, NATCA engaged with numerous international delegates-many who were learning about NATCA for the first time-building awareness about our members' contributions to aviation safety and fostering international dialogue on best practices.
