(b) On September 3, 2024, Greig Woodring, a member of the Board of Directors of The Hartford Financial Services Group, Inc. (the "Company"), notified the Company of his resignation from the Company's Board of Directors, effective immediately. Mr. Woodring's resignation does not arise from any disagreement on any matter relating to the Company's operations, policies or practices.
