Who Has Access to Microsoft 365

Full-time employees, part-time employees, and students can both download the Microsoft 365 apps and use them online.

However, many others associated with the university only have access to the online version of Microsoft 365. If you don't have a NetID, chances are you will have no access to Microsoft 365.

Departments willing to pay $7.60/month ($91.20/year) for M365 app access for adjunct faculty, sponsored accounts, special pay, and retirees must have the business manager fill out the Microsoft A5 License Request form through UTK.
