On September 27, 2024 the Company's Board of Directors declared a special dividend of $0.0480 per share on the issued and outstanding shares of the Company's Common Stock (the "Dividend"). The Dividend is payable on October 10, 2024 to holders of record as of the close of business on September 30, 2024.
