We aren't exactly Amazon, but we have an A-to-Z listing of all our services in TechConnect.

You can also check your requests by clicking the My Requests button on the TechConnect home page:

• Seedetails of a specific ticket by clicking on the ticket title.
• Add Comments by clicking on the ticket title (but you can also reply to emails to add a comment).
• Withdraw the ticket if you no longer need service (click on the ticket and click the Withdraw Request button).
