Sarbanes Statement on the Passing of Phillip T. Frangos

WASHINGTON, D.C. - Congressman John Sarbanes (MD-03) shared the following statement today on the passing of Phillip T. Frangos:

"It is with great sorrow that I mourn the passing of Brother Phillip T. Frangos, a pillar of the Order of AHEPA community," said Congressman Sarbanes. "Through his service as Supreme President and Chairman of the Board of Trustees, Phillip was a leader in advocating for Greek American issues, promoting Hellenic heritage and supporting the broader Hellenic community. I extend my sincere condolences to his family and friends. May his memory be eternal."
