Flying WILD Workshop, Zionsville, Boone County

Join this workshop at Zionsville Nature Center at 9 a.m. ET to explore the activities of the bird focused environmental education curriculum, Flying WILD.

We will look at adaptations of the activites for early childhood education, explore activities that complement the Flying WILD curriculum, and learn about citizen science programs you can use in your own classroom or nature program.

Wear clothes and shoes appropriate for hiking on trails and enjoying the day outside. Bring your lunch and water bottle. Please also bring binoculars if you have them.

Project WILD is the national parent program for Flying WILD. Project WET and Project WILD are programs of the DNR Division of Fish & Wildlife and Division of Nature Preserves. The workshop is sponsored by Zionsville Parks and Recreation.
