Wyoming County - The Village of Perry Village Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Local Law 2 of 2024: Amendment of Zoning Map will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the rezoning of nine (9) parcels which are residential uses but zoned commercial from commercial to residential zoning classification. The project is located throughout the Village of Perry, New York.
