THF raises $15,000 in support of Pace Center for Girls, Inc. Leon in “A Walk In Her Shoes” fundraiser and Purpose Walk

Thomas Howell Ferguson P.A. CPAs (THF), a top 200-ranked accounting firm by Inside Public Accounting, concluded its "A Walk In Her Shoes" fundraiser by donating $15,000 toward Pace Center for Girls, Inc. Leon and participating in the Purpose Walk.

From May through July, THF employees, families, and friends participated in a "Service Is Sweet" campaign. This campaign benefitted students and supporters of Pace Center for Girls, Inc. Leon, a statewide program that supports young women by providing day programs and services.

In the early phase of their efforts, THF employees donated comfortable walking shoes to students at Pace. The donations benefitted students who may walk from their neighborhoods to the center daily or need comfortable sneakers to wear. Additionally, THF officially launched the "A Walk In Her Shoes" campaign to raise funds to support Pace Center for Girls, Inc. Leon. Donations raised will be used to purchase additional clothing items, shoes, and transportation services that benefit the students. THF successfully raised $15,000 for Pace Center.

"At THF, our mission is to make an impact in everything we do," said Managing Shareholder Jeff Barbacci, CPA. "We are so proud of our THF team for recognizing the importance to our community of organizations such as the Pace Center for Girls, Inc. In addition, it focused on the adversities they overcome while matriculating through the program.
