Inspection Next Week on Slackwater Road (Route 3032) Bridge Over Conestoga River In Lancaster County

​Traffic restrictions from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM Tuesday, July 2

Harrisburg, PA - The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced today that a bridge inspection is scheduled to begin next week on the Slackwater Road (Route 30320 ) Bridge over the Conestoga River between Manor Township in Lancaster County and Conestoga Township in Lancaster County.

Weather permitting, there will be daytime lane restrictions on the Slackwater Road bridge from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM on Tuesday, July 2.

Traffic will be restricted in one direction at a time. Work will begin in the southbound direction, (Manor Township to Conestoga Township) and then move to the northbound (Conestoga Township to Manor Township) direction. The right lane and shoulder will be closed during this inspection.

Travelers are reminded to be alert for these operations, to obey work zone signs, and to use caution when driving through work zones for their safety, as well as for the safety of the inspection crews.
