Wickford

At 12:05 PM, Troopers arrested Angel Otero, age 31, of 85 Burbank Street, Cranston, Rhode Island for, 1) License or Permit Required for Carrying a Pistol, 2) Weapons Other Than Firearms Prohibited (3 Counts), 3) Loaded Weapon in Vehicle, and 4) Possession of a Scheduled I to V Controlled Substance Less Than 10 Grams. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on St. Mary's Street in the Town of West Warwick. The subject was transported to the State Police Wickford Barracks where he was processed, specially arraigned as a bail violator, and transported to the Adult Correctional Facility - Men's Intake Center.
