The West Linn Library's Community Room will be open extended hours for use as a cooling center. It will be available until 7pm on Saturday and Sunday. City staff will be on hand during this time, though regular library services will not be available. The Adult Community Center is also designated as a cooling center during regular hours (M - F from 9am - 3pm).
