Partner Jeff Bialos, Co-Head of the Firm's Aerospace, Defense and Security Group and a former Deputy Under Secretary of Defense, spoke with Law360 about how the US Department of Defense may look to boost its industrial base under the new US administration, noting that defense companies may seek greater flexibility for mergers and acquisitions. "I'm sure the business community will be pressing for a less restrictive merger policy; how that plays out remains to be seen," he said.
