3800 Garth Rd - as of 6/18/24, all 5 buildings have been demolished. Final site cleanup will take a few more weeks to complete. It should be noted that this success is due to a herculean effort by our Chief Building Official, Zachary Start, and his team to get this property up to our quality and safety standards over the past year. Just one example of his tireless efforts to make Baytown a great place to live and work.
