In observance of the holiday on Monday, Nov. 11, non-emergency departments and offices across the City of Indianola will be closed or have adjusted schedules.
The Indianola Fire Department and Indianola Police Department will continue to serve the community on Veterans Day.
Regular business hours for all City departments and offices will resume Tuesday, Nov. 12.
We encourage everyone to take a moment on Veterans Day to reflect on the sacrifices made by our veterans and to express appreciation to those who have served or are currently serving in the armed forces. Their commitment to our country is commendable, and we owe them a debt of gratitude.
If you have served or are currently serving in the military, we thank you for your dedication and service.
